“Cut off” by chatbot

So on here were told to contact direct if we have particular queries about our results. So I did…I’ve just done a 10hr day mostly nonstop and sedentary. I am shattered. To my astonishment I get a full green liquid with great scores and get told I’m relaxed and up for any kind of challenge, even deep thinking.

This definitely does not match how I feel, and it’s so very much different I had to question it.

Now, I’m usually the one telling people Welltory is measuring physical health, but this is so wide of the mark I thought I’d ask about it.

But I just got the standard ‘it’s about physical’ and then ‘chat ended’…would be nice to offer to be passed on to a human to at least discuss?
