Zola Customer Service

Hi all, Has anyone had any success with working with Zola customer service lately? I ordered invitations and chose to have the envelopes pre-addressed, and went through all 150 of them to make sure they were correct. When I got them in this week none of them had addresses. I don't want to pay for more and have been trying to get in contact with Zola, who I have heard has been really good and responsive before. But I have emailed, called, and submitted a form over the past 3 days and have heard nothing.

Any advice!? I need to send these out as soon as possible and I really don't want to handwrite these out
