Are there websites with "release notes" of new HTML/CSS/etc features?

Occasionally I run into some blog post/tutorial/etc where I discover a new feature of CSS or HTML, and I always think to myself "that's really cool, I wonder what other new features I'm unaware of". Then the second thought is "how will I even look for this?". Sure, I can Google something like "new CSS features", but even if a fairly new article about this topic exists, it's not obvious that it's a comprehensive one. Most likely, it'll just be highlighting the big interesting features that the author thinks most people will care about, and a lot of less sexy new features will not be advertised this way.

What I would love to see is a kind of release notes feed for fundamental web technologies. Does anything like that exists?
