Fan control in 2025

My rig is essentially a Lian Li setup with a couple of generic pwm fans (1 40mm fan for the RAM and another 200mm intake fan). My setup is water-cooled with 2 pumps in series (both running at same speed). Motherboard is Asus.

What is the best fan control software to use in (almost) 2025. - Armory Crate - FanExpert - Fan control - Aquacomputer (downside is adding the Octo controller to my setup)

FanControl sounds great but am seeing some posts about a recent serious flaw (?)
