Why was my phone number suddenly removed from my account????

What the fudge and why? Seriously why?

I easily just added my number back but what the heck happened here? Did someone log into my account specifically to randomly delete my phone number? Is Walmart's internal system just being a troll? What do they mean someone might have access to my phone?? What happened???
