Me@Walmart problems

Trying to help another Associate log in. She had an android phone. We put in the user ID and hit the two step. The two step verification works my phone (iPhone) and on the computer, but will not work on her phone. You hit sign in and it turns dark blue and does absolutely nothing. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
