Customers who can’t read aisle signs?

Working at Walmart I've noticed people who would come up to ask where an item is don't read the large signs above the aisles. Of course since it's my job I would point out the signs for whatever they're looking for.

I don't know if it's because maybe most of these people have disability where they can't read stuff? I don't know
