Calling in sick

Chat, I need advice. I started working at Walmart in July, I already have one point from about a month ago. I got really sick all of a sudden last night and I went into work today and I was miserable. Tonight I’m even worse, I kinda wanna call out tomorrow but I don’t have any ppto or pto and I’m scared to be up to 2 points.
