Classic recommend me a modlist post

Hi everyone. I’m a long-time player of Skyrim on console, but haven’t really modded much: I’m pretty busy and have come and gone from playing it, despite it being my first and favourite game. My girlfriend recently got me a gaming laptop for Christmas, on sale on Black Friday. It has an Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM (this is probably my sticking point), RTX 4070, and 1TB SSD. 

I really want to get into modded Skyrim - I’ve dumped many, many hours into vanilla, and this seems like a whole new world. I started running Living Skyrim IV, as it seemed to have some of the things I wanted in a modlist: graphics overhaul, new content and quests, and lots of stuff to experience. I especially love the architecture overhauls in some areas. It seems a bit cluttered though, and I find everyone being model-esque (especially their hair) unimmersive. I want to find a new list, and was considering Nordic Souls (the lack of city overhaul mods is putting me off a bit); LoreRim (idk if I can run this, and would want to on normal at least, also unsure about requiem); Fahluaan (I like the seasonal integration here but I prefer first person). 

Although Living Skyrim IV is quite fun, I am considering switching it out and starting a new character. My ideal modlist would be a lore-friendly game but with map and quest expansions and city overhauls, and have major graphical plus ENB upgrades, basically. I like the look of LoreRim a lot, but am unsure if my machine would handle it. I don’t mind combat overhauls (fun new challenge) but would love to stay in first person. Don’t care about SFW/NSFW very much, but the former is slightly preferred.
