Pictures of the white spot which appears while blinking in the dark and the dark spot which appears in the sky/ on very bright surface while blinking.
The white spot :
It appears while blinking both eyes quickly. A short retinal persistance can appear afterwards (even if there is no lights in the room).
The dark spot:
The step 2 appears very quickly after the first while blinking both eyes, the vision is back to normal afterwards. Everything happens quickly (1 second). A retinal persistance can appear during a few seconds when closing eyes after that.
