Opinions on InPost?

I’ve seen so many negative experiences with InPost on here and I’m shocked because InPost is my preferred carrier on Vinted and outside.

I’ve been using it for close to 10 years and I’ve only had one courier switch parcels by mistake and one locker unable to open.

Maybe it’s because it originated in Poland and has a bigger infrastructure here, but literally everyone I know wishes each buyer would use InPost 😅.

What are your experiences? The worst and the best?

EDIT: Okay so my conclusion is that people are more likely to complain online than praise, because there’s been almost nothing but praise here. It’s great to see a company from my country succeed on foreign land and I hope all you have are good experiences (with InPost and in general!!)
