Do Vinted have a complaint email address?

Please could someone provide me with Vinted's email address? After discussing an issue with their service with Citizens Advice, they recommended I contact Vinted by email with a provided letter template due to a breach of contract. Please could someone help?

I dropped off a Vinted parcel for Yodel at a parcel shop. All I have is the Barcode for that dropoff with a few levels of text.

The item was sent to the recipient's collection point but they never collected it. Vinted informed me that the transaction was cancelled and that the item will be returned to my drop off shop and that I should receive a QR code to my email address, however I have not received this. Therefore I have no way to collect this (and have no idea where my item is currently).

I contacted Vinted and they avoided answering my questions on how I could collect my item without a code and then closed the matter. I twice mentioned that I wanted to escalate my complaint, I'm not sure if they did or not.

I also contacted Yodel during this and they couldn't provide me with any information as I didn't have any details in order for them to locate my parcel.
