Vinted support staff are not allowed to use brains (No Personal Info)

I have just started using Vinted and went and made my first purchase which was a New Without Tags pair of New Balance at £20.

Within seconds of me purchasing the buyer sent me a Royal Mail postage label as proof of postage.

Spidey senses tingling, I went to google to look up the return address. Yup sure enough all the results for that address show in posts relating to scams. Additionally the return address doesnt actually exist.

Back to Vinted and find that the sellers account now says Member Blocked

Great so they are a scammer clearly.

Reach out to Vinted support, get through the usual bot nonsense, wait 24 hours for an actual person. I need to reach out to the seller for a mutual agreement. You know the seller that Vinted have already blocked. The seller that it took me all of 5 minutes to find was a scammer? (unfortunately hindsight is 20/20)

So I have to wait for the item (which doesnt exist) to be delivered (which it never will be) then I have 48 hours to report it?

So what do I do in the 100% guaranteed event that the item is never delivered? What course of action?

Cant ask that as they immediately closed my support ticket after that last message.
