messages never sending

this happened before too but they would send after some time, but now nothing in viber works, it doesnt show when the person was last online, whenever i send a message it shows the clock like its sending but it never sends, its stuck on the waiting to send thing, how do i fix it? my wifi is fine everything else works, but i need viber for school and stuff
