Travel testing in VT

My husband and I are visiting his family in Northfield, VT. A week today we're due to head back home, but need to arrange PCR test (with a travel certificate) within two days before we fly. Does anyone have experience of somewhere to test to travel nearby or perhaps we would need a home kit? TIA :)
