False shipping prices?

Ordered 16 pro max in stock on website, Wednesday night, paid $12.99 next day air, Thursday night get notice that the shipment is out but verizon sent it out UPS ground with a 2 day window. Will they refund or credit this $12.99? Obviously they ignored the Next Day air request but took the money anyways.
