Elf / Pebl alternatives?

Hi guys,

I am just doing some research at the moment and eventually would like to buy or even build something like a Pebl covered bike, but don't see much of them around?

The only ones I have seen are...

Elf, Pebl, Evovelo, wello, veemo and screeacher (a little smaller, but foldability was cool).

Anyway I am wondering if there are any others around that I have missed or should checkout? Looking for something where no driving license is required so it has to use pedal assist.
