Dog attack at park

I don’t need anyone’s opinions at this point or two cents unless you’re paying my $2k vet bill. I’m at the emergency vet with my dog Bob and I’m looking for barb with a white dog named Bella who attacked Bob. I don’t want to get her in trouble or Bella because things happen but I’d like what’s fair and right to be handled and her to contact me or someone who knows her have her get in touch with me. We are in north Las Vegas and this was 1/11 between 4-5pm at Craig ranch park the all dog park area.

Update. Bob was shaved down so they could see his injuries. He’s got several bites and abrasions and they are waiting for a second opinion on the X-rays but potentially his left back leg is injured
