It is hilarious to see Kroll dispel all the garbage being spewed by the VCA in minutes...

Every time that I watch the townhall/AMA videos, Kroll pre-emptively addresses all the misinformation that the VCA has been spreading incessantly on social media, and swiftly handles their disgruntled call ins. The VCA loudly misrepresents a lot of what Kroll is saying/doing in an effort to fabricate "confusion" over the situation, and Kroll very easily is able to clear up their misrepresentations.

I would have no problem supporting the VCA if they were willing to work with Kroll to come up with a better scheme that represents the will of all creditors and not just the VCA, but they have just been spending months acting like petulant children trying to attack Kroll's credibility rather than working with Kroll in a professional way because their goal is not to come up with a scheme, but to just push liquidation.

For as much as the VCA complains about Kroll's legal fees, I hope that the irony is not lost on them that they are not only wasting money on their own lawyers to attack Kroll in court but they are wasting all creditors' funds by the additional work/expenses that it takes for Kroll to have to deal with them.
