Pax2 not charging

Bought it just over 2 months ago, was working fine then went to charge it and noticed it wasn’t charging. Have changed the plugs and cleaned the device as well as prongs. This has happened to me in the past with a pax3, I even bought a new charger for it but still nothing so I thought it was just done for. Am I doing something wrong here, and can this be a simple fix? Thanks.
