CS Department is a joke for fall elective courses

I am trying to get credit hours for CS elective courses and low and behold, there is nothing offered if any. Most of the electives I want to do are all 8AM or 10 AM and are only offered by one professor that has horrible rate my professor or sub par. Like how do you expect me to complete 9 hours when nothing is being offered. I hope this isn't related to the lack of professors wanting to teach CS due to horrible treatment of new ones, if so UTD needs to get their sh*t together and get more professors for offered courses, because not everyone can take 8 or 10 am classes due to work or life.
