USPS Lost my most important immigration Document/ I'll loose everything!!!
My EAD card was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Jan. I have a total of 90 days of unemployment, and my unemployment clock has already begun.
If this doesn't come within the next 1 week, I might lose my job and also lose unemployment days.
I waited months for this document and paid $2000 for it. If I had to reapply to USCIS, it would cost another $2000 and take over a month to arrive.
I will lose my job offer and 1/2 of my unemployment days despite having a job lined up.
I did everything right and worked really hard to get this job. Now, because of USPS, my 2 years of effort will go to waste. Not to mention, the application cost alone for this document is over $2000, which I will lose.
Any postal workers, please help me. Is there an issue with the KNOXVILLE, TN, DISTRIBUTION CENTER?
IS THERE ANYONE AT USPS THAT I CAN CONTACT?
EVERY MORNING I CALL AND TALK TO THEM BUT I GET THE SAME GENERIC RESPONSE
In the tracking status, all I could see before the missing mail request was "MOVING THROUGH THE NETWORK, ARRIVING LATE"
EDIT: After countless emails to USPS and other authorities, I received an email from USICS that it 'might be damaged or lost'
Later that day, there was finally an update in my tracking, and I received the card today
Thank you so much to everyone who helped me including USPS employees who helped me
