Why do we love losing so much?
It has been true since the Dons Central days: A loss (especially a bad one) generates FAR more traffic and posts than any win (even spectacular ones). Case in point: When we played Wazzu, I watched the game after I first watched my Cincinnati Bengals....Unfortunately, I already knew the outcome purely because of the numerous alerts on my phone showing people replying to my "Meet the Enemy" post. Lots of replies? You can guarantee that was for a loss.
So the question to the class while we wait for the next game (I can only imagine the Pepperdine game on Thursday ain't happening): Why do we love losing so much? And for CG specifically, why does the fanbase love to sharpen their knives after a loss for a guy that is (checks notes), 57-30 (.655), the highest win percentage for a Dons coach since The Return?
