Officer jobs/community

Prior navy looking for a commission in the coast guard for qol improvement. Prior LN and ABH, unsure of what community would be the best fit and how each community feels, requesting both officer and enlisted assistance on this one gents. Not sure what route to go since the website doesn't offer much in terms of description.
