Fab Refund Impossible?

Hey gang, having a HORRIBLE experience with Fab sofar and Fab Customer support has been awful.

I purchased two assets, they were marked as a Modular Character & An AI System.

The Modular Character was like, literally cut up into an entire set of skeletons,skeletal meshes etc but there was no 'all in one' skeleton so i couldn't retarget animations properly. It was impossible for me to set up within my project. I cannot use it

The Ai System was marked as Plug n Play, but when i opened it, it was not modular at all, there was no components or modularity, everything was hardcoded to the default blueprints. making it somewhat impossible to plug it into another project. I cannot use it

Anyway, in a quest to unfuck myself i checked the documentation....documentation was absolute dogsbollocks for both products and created by people with english as a second language.

So I requested a refund from Fab....which they have since rejected.

They rejected the refund pointing me towards the sellers, sellers are NOT happy to give me a refund.

They have lied about their product though, and Fab not providing a refund violates Australian Consumer Law. I just feel like i've been scammed of over $100 which is a lot of money for me.

What do i do?
