Boxing is a joke now

Boxing isn’t what it used to be. Zero excitement. The Paul brothers (who are a joke themselves) have ruined the sport for me entirely. Then crazy asses like Ryan Garcia who CAN fight, but are more into the fame and controversy, add to the circus. We know good showboating, but this era is embarrassing. Every fight now seems fixed for a television show. I miss the days of Sugar Shane Mosley, prime Oscar De La Hoya, Julio Caesar Chavez, Trinidad, the list goes on of skilled, professional, exciting boxers. I can’t but also can believe that Mike Tyson has joined this mess with today’s wannabe “greats”. I really thought the Paul brothers being taken seriously in the boxing world was a joke but apparently I was wrong.
