Why does so many rich in india think themselves as middle class?

I recently watched a video posted by akshat srivastava on YouTube where he rented about how "middle class" is oppressed in this country via paying taxes and getting no facilities. I was triggered by the sheer victim complex of his comment section. They act like a person earning 90k to 3 lakh a month is middle class. And really no facilities like free hospital and schools like europe? Wtf i go to government hospital for my treatment and it's free even the medication. Sure they aren't 1st class but with india population and size it's admirable. So i wanted to ask why the rich think they are the middle class and represent them?
