Impossible United WiFi on MacBook

Hi Everyone- I’ve rotated into United due to the vast network, especially international options (from Alaska).

I’m having a seemingly unsolvable issue with WiFi on my MacBook Pro laptop. No matter what I do, and how many great advice posts on reddit I follow about changing my private relay, dns settings, forgetting the network, yada yada … I cannot get WiFi options to present on the browser.

This is across my personal and work machines, and has been consistent for the past 3mos.

It may sound insane, but no WiFi for cross country flights is a deal breaker for me, (major lost work productivity time) so I’m hoping someone has figured out how to solve this recently so I don’t have to leave the brand.
