Help! My Uniqlo Wool Sweaters Shrunk Dramatically After Washing — Any Fixes?

Hi everyone! I recently bought two wool sweaters from Uniqlo in a size large. I washed them in my machine on the hand-wash cycle with cold water and a neutral detergent. But they came out looking tiny—almost child-sized! They’re even smaller than a size small now, which is shocking.

Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any tricks to un-shrink wool, or is this a lost cause? I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
