Mini-Greenhouse

Theoretically speaking, if I were to go all out on a mini green house for my grows, what all would I need? Would I need an exhaust fan and/or filter? A heater or heat mat? Temp and humidity controlled? All pieces necessary for optimal grow conditions. Thanks for the help!
