Easy Courses to take

Does anyone have any good recommendations on courses to take for Winter 2022? Preferably distance learning courses and maybe in the faculty of arts. Obviously we are in uni and shouldn’t be expecting easy courses. But there might be course you might have taken or heard of that you might recommend for others.
