UKVI info update

I recently had to renew my Portuguese passport and updated my UKVI page to reflect my new passport number. I have 2 questions, hoping someone knows the answer:

1) does anyone know how long it can take for this to be updated? 2) I also have a British passport which isn’t coming up on my UKVI profile. There’s an option in there saying “add a nee identity document “ but clicking in there it wouldn’t allow me to add a new nationality, just to update the one passport I already had in the system- any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
