Indefinite leave to remain successful πŸŽ‰

I want to say thank you to every one who helped me with this process in this forum. I didn't use a immigration lawyer and asked any questions I had in here, and you've all been very helpful.

My timeline is:

Submitted application - 23rd May 2024 (Priority) (Set O)

Biometric - 31st May 2024 (Friday morning - 9.30am)

Decision recieved - 3rd June 2024 (Monday morning - 11.25am)

I submitted the following documents:

  1. Passport (all pages)
  2. Previous BRPs and my travel ticket that I used to enter UK 5 years ago
  3. Current BRP
  4. Letter from sponsor with pay information, job code, absences etc.
  5. Letters from previous employers
  6. Life in the UK test reference
  7. Last 1 month payslip and bank statement
  8. Signed Consent form

I didn't have any absences from the UK since I entered, so it must have been straightforward for them to assess.

Under the other documents section, I also uploaded the following - they didn't ask for it, but I uploaded these anyway:

  1. My rental agreement
  2. Last 3 months utility bills
  3. 2024 payslips and bank statements since January
  4. My daughter's birth certificate as supporting life event
  5. We had a CCJ to pay outstanding payment to south west water. It got issued despite us paying within 28 days of warning. I submitted proof that we settled it along with a cover letter.
  6. Last 5 years P60s
  7. Last 5 years P45s
  8. Screenshots of life in the UK test dashboard
  9. My partner's passport copy as well since some of our accounts are shared.

Please note: I have a British partner who accesses childcare for our daughter here. I didn't declare that in the form under public funds since it is his entitlement and the childcare account is in his name.

Once again, thanks very much for all your help β˜ΊοΈπŸ™πŸ»
