Traditional TC or QWE qualification?

So I'm close to having 2 years of good QWE as a paralegal and have passed the SQE 1. Should I be looking for a TC or should I just qualify this way with my QWE and look for NQ positions? It seems a little crazy to have to wait another 2 years to qualify. I know I may have to start at a smaller firm than I am currently working at as a paralegal but I think that would be preferable than spending 2 more years as a trainee. Does anyone have any insight?
