"looksmaxx" thing.
Guys, what do you think of this "looksmaxx" trend on Instagram and Tiktok?
A few months ago once such a video appeared in my FYP, I watched it to the end, but it was not something I liked. Now my algorithm likes to bully me and it keeps popping up all the time, even when I check the "not interested" option.
A while ago I saw again a TikTok with the content: "If you have these features, it means you are attractive (below 3, you are ugly)."
There were five traits listed, what people think is considered attractive: colored eyes (if you have brown eyes you are COOKED (literally someone wrote like that ð)), almond/hunter eyes, good face harmony, full lips and you must as a woman be at least 5'5 tall and as a guy 5'10.
Guess what? I don't have any of these features ð That is, according to the logic of today's society, I am cooked, unattractive and disgusting.
And when someone says that these traits (for example an eye color) has nothing with being attractive, brain-rotted people answer: "you're saying this only because you have brown eyes ðð cope".
I KNOW I'm ugly, because MANY people tell me that, no matter if in real life or online, but such videos are destroying, especially sensitive people or kids. My whole Tiktok or Instagram is filled with this dog's shit only because I've watched only one vid.
I am aware of my ugliness, because I can't change my genes, but knowing that people won't EVER find me attractive because I'm short or have brown eyes is just... toxic ð
And what do you think about this stuff?
