need your help to get f21/w22/s22/s22 grade distributions faster (ucla keeps pushing back)

Once again, the UCLA Public Records office has pushed back the availability of the grade distribution/class data we requested back in February

Timeline:

on feb 15, sent request
on feb 16, promised response by feb 27
on feb 27, they pushed back to mar 13
on mar 13, sent estimated availability of apr 14
on apr 14, pushed back to apr 28
on apr 28, pushed back to may 12
on may 12, pushed back one request to may 26 and asked for "clarification" on another request (not sure if they had even read it in the intervening three months?)
