Scam and cancelation hit
Customer service ended up hanging up on me. Rider was in middle of ocean. Was on phone with ADT help after customer tried calling to scam me as i was a little freaked out. Canceled ride since had no other options per customer service. Took cancelation hit and customer service says they have no capability to fix or remove the ride of a rider in MIDDLE OF WATER. Nor do I get any pay for the time I dealt with this rider or customer help. Told me they have no way to fix it and they can not see that the rider was in ocean, but even if did only thing i can do is cancel ride as driver. Then while on phone I had to miss a ride, forgot to turn off availability) and even yhough on phone with dupport and they see that, nothing can be done. No upfront fares here or wouldve not taken a ride to a body if water.
