My uber rating has been steadily dropping. At what point will I be at risk of being kicked off the platform?

My rating is at a 4.89. I use uber to go to and from work daily. At the beginning of September, I was a 4.94.

I have been getting reserved shared rides as they are much cheaper and I feel like I’ve been getting downvoted because of this. I smell like a kitchen getting off work sometimes too but I spray a bit before getting on rides. Just since January began I see I’ve picked up 2 new 3 stars and a 4 star. I don’t know what im doing wrong. But my rating is dropping heavily. When will I get kicked? I need uber to get to and from work
