What Should I major in?

Hello friends, I am a potential transfer student who’s coming in a little later in my career. I’m currently 26 and have an associates in Business. After working retail, having two massive surgeries (I have IBD) I am at a point where I’m ready to begin a career with higher earning potential and more stability. I have always had an interest in political science and geography. I have looked into the Geography program with a concentration in Urban Planning, as well as the Public Policy degree. Those degrees jumped out to me based on my previous work in college, I tanked my GPA early on so I’m not sure that I could even get into a business program. My skillset primarily involves my interpersonal skills, I am very good at getting to know others and establishing connections. I am also very knowledgeable on politics and how the government functions on a macro scale (though I would like to focus it in and clean up some of my holes in knowledge). I would like to find the best degree that would allow me to secure a middle class lifestyle, if I had to ask for anything from the job itself, it would be that I am not in the office 24/7, I enjoy reading and learning, but I want to be more involved with the people involved in the operation. TLDR - I am deciding between majoring in Geography or Public Policy, which would be the best degree for securing a job after graduation? (I have also considered PR but everyone says the market is brutal, but you could branch it off into marketing or journalism in theory?)
