Now I'm not sure

My goal is to give up my apartment when the lease is up this summer and go full-time pet sitting / house sitting. between my paid pet sitting business and trusted house sitters I figured I would be okay. (I also have a part time remote job)

But now with the massive layoffs, the air traffic troubles, and everything that is going on with the economy I'm nervous about doing this. Are people not going to be traveling? One of my friends is one of my biggest clients and she's now nervous about flying.

I have a free account right now on trusted house sitters so maybe I'm not seeing everything, but I looked to see in general what was available for all of July and there's very little. I don't need to stay at a beach resort I'm very fine staying in a regular town somewhere along the east coast ish. Is July too far out for people to be looking for a house sitter?
