Did the cost of isulin go up since Trump?

My friend (a very scared Democrat) told me that since Trump took office, he did away with some kind of plan that Biden had with Medicare? (not sure what, exactly) and that resulted in the higher expense of insulin. Does anyone have any idea what she is referring to?
