I need my hand held. Wireguard, ProtonVPN, SSH, wg0...

I have installed qBittorrent on my Scale server, but I am obviously wanting that traffic to run through a VPN. I have searched for hours now on how to do that and have SOME understanding what needs to be done, but having a hard time on understanding how to execute it. I ran across this post and have gotten .conf file with the info needed. I have connected to my server via SSH before (I forget what for) but I do NOT know what to do after that for this situation.

Sorry to ask this but I need this laid out step by step simply as if I didn't have a clue. :/
