[email protected] don't reply-- anyone knows why?

I have some queries about the OL & its registration process, therefore sent an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) but they haven't even opened it. This has been weeks now and I wonder where can I ask questions other than [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Does anyone know where should I contact instead?
