Dexa scan and training

I did a dexascan 3 months ago and just did my check in to see if my training and nutrition are in balance. Looks like I added 2lbs muscle and lost 3.5lbs fat. Also seems like I added .25lbs visceral fat. I’ve been training a bunch and lifting heavy weights 2x/week. I’ve also been eating 2,500 cals a day.

I have a few questions: How could visceral fat go up while body fat went down?

Since fat went down and muscle up does that mean I’m not eating enough and the body is using fat to fuel my efforts and recovery?

Should I eat more?
