Nexus wait time 2023

I saw on the nexus website it says 12-14 months. Is that for the entire process or just waiting on the conditional approval?

Has anyone who applied around September 2022 or later received their conditional approval?

Update for those who are coming across this post now. Applied in October 2022, received my conditional approval May 30th. Got my appointment a week later ( rechecked the website multiple times during the day to check for new dates/ cancellations ) and have now been approved.
