Anyone have a good overview of CAHSR progress to date?

I don't need the ultra granular stuff that Lucid Stew seems to have (overpass by overpass), I just want a general "This is the type of construction that's happening right now." "This is what needs to happen next." "This is what needs to happen before they lay track." "This is what needs to happen before the IOS opens."

I've realized if someone asks me what actual construction CAHSR has completed/is currently doing, I wouldn't be able to answer beyond "overpasses?"

Edit: and obviously CalTrain electrification.
