Does he seem healthy/am I doing everything right?

This is my 6 and a half yearold boi, Cookie (russian/horsefield). I havent taken him to the vet for any checkups but plan on doing so soon just to make sure hes doing ok. Just want to know if he looks ok to everyone else? And if im doint everything right? Hes about 14/15 cm in length. Weighs 465 grams currently. Ive also been worried that he might be pyraminding but his shell hasnt really changed all that much. Its pretty much stayed the same kind of rounded slightly bumby by like milimeters but wannd make sure hes ok. His poop is brown and usually everyother day gell have one. Theyre mostly dry sometimes wet. Especially if hes had a soak/bath which i do 1 -2 timez a week. Hes in a 3 foot long by 2 foot high and width cage. With a basking lamp at 1 end that gets it to about 30c while the other end reads at 20c or aboveand a long uv lamp along the back. I do pland on having a much bigger tortoise table built for him with (hopefully) 2 layers But were waiting to finish my room in the next 2 months before building it to make sure it fits in. He comes out often. He doesnt really hibernate/brumate. I try to starve and encourage him to sleep but hes a very active lil man. So during winter. I have a box in my room with shredded paper. Which he goes to in the nights (by himself) and wakes up the next morning or sleeps in for a day or two sometimes. I let him roam in my room and sometimes around my house. Always carefully supervised. (I could watch him all day tbh lol) i let him roam in the garden in warmer months. Again carefully supervised, and take him for walks up my local river (dont worry i dont put him in) and town with him wearing coats and a handwarmer if i think its to windy. Only for an hour max. His diet is mixed and i use the tortoise table website to check what foods he can have, usually ill do one day where i gove him veg, weeds etc and the next i give hime tortoise pellets. I sprinkle some calcium powder on his food, not all of it, but ive been continuasly trying to give him cutle fish and calcium block and he just wont touch them.

Sorry for all the info, just want to make sure im doing everything right for my boy. TLDR does my tortoise look /seem healthy? Any advice on making sure i keep him well looked after?
