how to play trolley games that require “delete” key on mac?

basically the title. i play on a mac and the delete button doesn’t function the way it should for a handful of mini games on the trolley. i’ve tried different key combinations to solve this, but nothing has worked thus far. does anyone know what i can do to get around this?
