My toddler was abused at daycare. Now what?

I posted yesterday about the red flags at my daycare and you all said to pull her and report them. I got even worse news today. After talking to the director, her teacher, and her doctor, it seems that my kid has been almost 100% mute at school for over a year and no one ever told me or encouraged her to speak. She was pulled from a room where she was being scapegoated and abused at 1.5 years old-i pulled her from there pretty quickly, in 1-2 months, but apparently she went to the next room not speaking and instead of encouraging her, they labeled her by saying oh, she doesnt talk, or oh, she doesnt listen, or oh, she cant follow instructions RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. I had no idea. I pulled her and reported the daycare. Now what? She needs care but how can I find someone I can trust now? What does she need? She's 2.5 now and developmentally normal-plays and talks alot at home. How do I make her feel comfortable at a new school? We havent talked at all about why she hasnt gone this week, and she hasnt asked about it.
