Upcoming changes
I work in a call center for customer care, I was asked to pick up extra hours on Thursday for almost double on top of my regular hourly and an extra incentive for every phone call I take…anyone have any intel on what’s going on? Obviously something that is going to increase call volume. The only other time they have offered this was when they were doing plan migration for retired plans, when increasing price of retired plans or Apple launches but it wasn’t as high of a hourly rate…Obviously I took up the extra hours cause who can say no to that amount of money.
